Meet the Team
Tracy – Tracy is one of the newest members of the DLG Management Leasing team – and by newer, we mean she’s been here since the beginning of 2017. Before working for DLG as our Leasing Manager, Tracy was an executive head hunter and recruitment consultant in Brisbane, Australia.
Her energy and positive approach, coupled with her commitment to match people to their perfect home, hasn’t gone unnoticed. When she’s not working, chances are you can find her hanging out with her 2 dogs, obsessing over the cuteness of American wildlife (Raccoons mostly) or hanging out with her wife, Cassey.
Marni – Marni has been working with DLG Management for over 14 years dating back to when DLG owned only about 15 of the 43 (and growing) buildings we now own. Her dedication has allowed her to help the company grow exponentially. As the Property Manager, she is fully trained in any and all aspects of the company. Among many of her responsibilities, one is to ensure that you have the best living experience possible with us. Whether you need to find housing, have leasing or rental questions, tenant issues or anything else you may need, Marni is there to help from the beginning to the end.
On a personal side, Marni started playing DLG sponsored sports over 18 years ago and is an avid hockey fan. Not only does she watch it, but she plays it as well. She also has a huge passion for animals with a focus on English Bulldogs and has 2 of her own. She volunteers a minimum of 20 hours a week helping a bulldog rescue in their fight against puppy mills saving as many bullies as possible. She’s looking forward to seeing you as a tenant soon…
Catherine – Catherine joined the DLG team in 2014 and is often the friendly face you will first see when coming into their office. She is also the person who will chase after you if you do not pay your rent on time! Catherine handles the accounting department and works closely with both their residential and commercial tenants and their DLG Advantage Program.
Outside of the office you will often find Catherine in her Art Room designing and creating handmade greeting cards. She is a Blackhawks fanatic and rarely misses watching a game during the season. She has two little guinea pigs named Zelda and Tizzle that she just adores. Catherine is also the jokster of the office and has a way of making of everyone laugh right when they need it most.
